A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING NEW RATES FOR THE
COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFIT PLAN SUMMARY FOR FY
2001-2002 FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, by Municipal Order No. 799, adopted by the City of Paducah
on April 13, 1999, the City of Paducah adopted a Comprehensive Health Insurance
Benefit Plan Summary with Employee Benefit Claims of Wisconsin (EBC) for full time
employees of the City of Paducah, and
WHEREAS, by Municipal Order adopted on July 25, 2000, the City
amended this plan to include certain independent contractors; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to adopt new rates for this Plan for Fiscal
Year 2001-2002.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah adopts new rates for the
Comprehensive Health Insurance Benefit Plan Summary for Fiscal Year 2001-2002 for
employees of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
