A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A GRANT
THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE TO BE USED BY THE DRUG
TASK FORCE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary to obtain a grant in the amount of $30,000.00 from the U.S.
Department of Justice, to be used by the Drug Task Force.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
