MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. F? -2
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT OF
PRE -ISSUANCE EXPENSES FROM THE PROCEEDS OF $9,290,000 BOND FOR
CONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENTS, AND ADDITIONS TO THE EXISTING
JULIAN CARROLL CONVENTION CENTER AND THE FOUR RIVERS CENTER
FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. An order of the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky setting forth the official intent of the Board required under Federal
Income Tax Regulations, Section 1.150-2 to seek reimbursement from the proceeds of
approximately $9,290,000.00, of City of Paducah, (Kentucky) General Obligation Bonds,
Series of 2001 Bonds issued by the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for any monies advanced
by the Board from the Board's General Fund in anticipation of the issuance of said bonds
for the construction, improvements and additions to the existing Julian Carroll
Convention Center and the Four Rivers Center for the Performing Arts.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the
date of its adoption.
