GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000.00, FROM THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a grant in the amount of $5,000.00 from the Kentucky
Department of Local Government. These funds will be used for the establishment of a Perkins
Creek Stewardship Project.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
