A MUNICIPAL ORDER ABOLISHING THE WILLIAM CLARK
RESTORATION BOARD
WHEREAS, the William Clark Restoration Board was created by
Municipal Order No. 738, adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah on August 13, 1996; and
WHEREAS, this Board having accomplished the purpose for which it was
established, the Board of Commissioners now desires to abolish the aforementioned
Board at this time.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the William Clark Restoration Board is hereby
abolished.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
