A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A
MATCHING GRANT THROUGH THE KENTUCKY LEAGUE OF CITIES SAFETY
AND LIABILITY GRANT PROGRAM FOR SAFETY EQUIPMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary to obtain a grant in the amount of $5,000.00 from the Kentucky
League of Cities Safety and Liability Grant Program for purchase of safety equip,{hent for
the Public Works Department. City matching funds in the amount of $6,562.00.00 will
be required for this purchase.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
