MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 97 g
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,000,000 FROM THE RENAISSANCE KENTUCKY ALLIANCE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY EXHIBITION CENTER
v BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a grant in the amount of $1,000,000 from the Renaissance Kentucky Alliance for the
construction of the Paducah -McCracken County Exhibit Hall.
SECTION 2. Matching funds will be provided by the Community.
SECTION 3. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
