A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR APPLICATION OF A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$250,000 FROM THE CABINET FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, ON BEHALF OF
VMV RAILROAD
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
for application of a grant in the amount of $250,000 from the Cabinet for Economic
Development, on behalf of VMV Railroad, for remanufacture of 22 locomotives at VMV
Railroad.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
