MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 377
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF
$15,000 TO THE BROOKS STADIUM PROJECT ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
\ SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $15,000 from the Commission Contingency Fund to the Brooks
Stadium Project Account for repairs and improvements at Brooks Stadium. This fund
transfer procedure is authorized by Ordinance No. 2000-6-6217, adopted by the Board of
Commissioners on June 27, 2000.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
