A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE TOTAL SUM OF $4,412.16 TO THE
REPAIR/UPKEEP/RESTORE NOBLE FIELDS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $4,412.16, from the Commission Contingency Fund to the
Repair/Upkeep/Restore Noble Fields.
SECTION 2. This procedure is authorized by Ordinance No. 2000-6-6217
adopted by the Board of Commissioners on June 27, 2000.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
