MUNICIPAL ORDER NO.
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE TOTAL SUM OF $3,000 TO THE
NOBLE PARK BASEBALL ASSOCIATION, INC.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $3,000, from the Repair/Upkeep/Restore Noble Fields to the Noble
Park Baseball Association, Inc.
SECTION 2. This procedure is authorized by Ordinance No. 2000-6-6217
adopted by the Board of Commissioners on June 27, 2000.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
