A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT ACT T-21 MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $760,000.00, FROM THE KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET WITH A CASH
MATCH IN THE AMOUNT OF $190,000.00, FOR THE RIVER HERITAGE MUSEUM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a matching grant in the amount of $760,000.00, from the
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for the River Heritage Museum.
SECTION 2. The River Heritage Museum will provide cash matching funds in
the amount of $190,000.00.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
