A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE
DEPARTMENT FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT RECREATIONAL TRAILS
~, REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO ASSIST IN
CONSTRUCTION OF A SEGMENT OF THE GREENWAY PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with the Department for Local Government to obtain a matching
grant in the amount of $50,000 to assist in constriction of a segment of the Greenway
Project. City matching funds will be required in the amount of $50,000 for this project.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and erect from and after
the date of its adoption.
