A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN ON-LINE
GRANT APPLICATION TO OBTAIN A CYCLE KIDS — FIT KIDS ARE HAPPY KIDS
PROGRAM GRANT, THROUGH CYCLE KIDS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,000, TO BE
USED BY THE PADUCAH PARKS DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby approves the execution of an on-line
grant application to obtain a Cycle Kids -Fit Kids Are Happy Kids Program Grant, through Cycle
Kids, in the amount of $15,000, to be used by the Paducah Parks Department to create an after
school program which will teach the skills and safe practices of riding a bike and how to make
good nutrition choices. This grant does not require a local cash match.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
