HomeMy WebLinkAbout05/05/82No. 44 Proceedings of Board o f Commissioners City of Paducah May 5, 1982 J File notice of Called Meeting Personnel changes Traffic Agreement with State - on Riverfront Access Road Workshop Executive Session - Real estate V At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber, City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2:30 P.M. on May 5, 1982, Mayor Penrod presided and upon call of the Roll, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Ford, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (5). Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Flynn, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 2:30 P.M. on May 5, 1982, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Ford, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (5). Commissioner Flynn offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the Board that the following personnel changes on the attached list be approved. (See Municipal Order Book) . Commissioner Viterisi offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Ford, that the Board of Commissioners introduce an ordinance entitle, "AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO A PROPOSED HIGHWAY PROJECT WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, PERTAINING TO A TRAFFIC AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY". This ordinance is summarized as follows: Authorizing the establishment of rules and regulations governing traffic on the Riverfront Access Road. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Ford, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (5). The Board adjourned for a Workshop on: Alcoholic Beverage License Fees; budget process; contract on operation of Access Channel, Cable TV. After the Workshop, Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Ford, that the Board go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing real estate negotiations. Upon conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in the Commission Chamber whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business. ADOPTED: e9,,-4- ZZ f City Clerk 74 Mayor y
