A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A 2009 MATCHING SAFETY GRANT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $3,000 FROM THE KENTUCKY LEAGUE OF CITIES FOR THE PURCHASE
OF REGISTRATIONS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE RISK MANANAGEMENT
DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a 2009 Matching Safety Grant in the amount of $3,000 from the Kentucky League of
Cities for the purchase of two KMESHA registrations, CPR manikins, rental of audio dosimeters,
100 online university credits and personal protective equipment for the Risk Management
Department. Matching funds in the amount of $3,000 will be provided from the Risk
Management existing budget.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
