A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 314 NORTH 14TH STREET IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE
TO THE CITY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONSIDERATION CERTIFICATE IN THE DEED, FURTHER THE CITY
AUTHORIZES THE TRANSFER OF 314 NORTH 14TH STREET TO PADUCAH
JUNIOR COLLEGE, INC., AND AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED FOR SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the donation of real
property located at 314 North 14th Street owned by Robert W. Robertson, Jr., M.D. and
wife, Dawne Robertson; George William Robertson, M.D. and wife, Claudia Robertson;
William Howard Robertson, unmarried; and Lucy Robertson O'Mara and husband,
Robert O'Mara.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Consideration
Certification in the deed accepting the donation of 314 North 14th Street approved in
Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. The City of Paducah hereby transfers real property located
at 314 North 14th Street to Paducah Junior College, Inc., to be combined with the lot
already owned by the College located at 1334 Madison Street to allow access to the rear
entrance of the property.
SECTION 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed to
transfer the property.
SECTION 5. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
