A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A DEED AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 628 CUSTIS STREET IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,500 BY
THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and all
documents necessary for the purchase of real property located at 628 Custis Street in the
amount of $1,500.00 by the City of Paducah due to the history of flooding and drainage
problems in this area known as Littleville.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account
CD0041.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
