A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION/PAY
SCHEDULE TABLE TO CREATE ADDITIONAL PART-TIME POSITIONS WITHIN
THE PARKS DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Classification/Pay Schedule Table is hereby
amended to increase the number of part-time Park Ranger positions from 4 to 8; and to
create up to 50 positions of Sports Official at the hourly rates of $8 to $18 in the Parks
Services Department.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.

`A police officer who is regularly assigned to investigative duties in the Drug and Vice Enforcement Unit (D.A.V.E.), as a detective,
K-9 officer, Emergency Response Team member, Crisis Intervention Team member, Accident Reconstruction Team member
x bomb technician by the Chief of Police and with the approval of the City Manager, shall after the first thirty (30) days of such
assignment, receive additional compensation of forty dollars ($40) per bi-weekly pay period effective December 29, 1992. Special
iuty pay shall be discontinued upon reassignment of a police officer to duties other than those described above.
