FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE PAYMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$30,250 TO THE GREATER PADUCAH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
FOR EXTENSION OF RIVERPORT WEST REAL ESTATE OPTIONS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes and directs the
Finance Director to make payment in an amount not to exceed $30,250 to the Greater
Paducah Economic Development Council to extend options on some of the properties
within the 1,700 acres of property known as Riverport West on the Ohio River for
economic development.
SECTION 2. This expenditure authorized in Section 1 above shall be
charged to the Economic Development Incentive account.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
