Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah May 5, 1987

Executive Session
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioner Chambers, at 4:00
p.m. on May 5, 1987, Mayor Viterisi presided and upon call of the roll, the following answered to
their names: Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the executed copies
of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 5, 1987, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
The Board then conducted a WORKSHOP consisting of the following agenda:
1. Jim Tidwell, Lourdes Hospital - health program
2. Structural repairs to City Hall - Paul Moore
3. Subdivision improvements/Forest Hills report - Gary VanderBoegh
4. Comprehensive Plan revisions - Richard Nash &
A.O. Miller, Planning Commission Chairman
5. Use of Auxiliary and/or Park Police Force - Chief Patterson
6. Proposed or pending litigation
7. Any other business that may come before the Board.
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the Board of
Commissioners go into Executive Session to discuss proposed or pending litigation. Adopted on call of
the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in the Commission Chamber,
whereupon Mayor Viterisi announced there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
