A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION/PAY
SCHEDULE TABLE FOR THE INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, DOWNTOWN
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DEPARTMENT, INFORMATION
SERVICES DEPARTMENT, AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AS A RESULT
OF AUDITING FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2009
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Classification/Pay Schedule Table is hereby
amended as follows:
1. Correct the hourly rate of the Clerical Assistant position from
$12.83 to $12.50 in the Inspection Department
2. Move the Artist Relocation Coordinator position from the Planning
Department to the Downtown Development Department
3 Correct the hourly rate of the Planner I position from $23.58 to
$20.00
4. Correct the hourly rate of the Director of Information Services
from $33.37 to $33.77
5. Correct the hourly rate of the HVAC Control Technician in the
Public Works Department from $21.50 to $20.50
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.

"A police officer who is regularly assigned to investigative duties
in the Drug and Vice Enforcement Unit (D.A.V.E.), as a detective,
K-9 officer, Emergency Response Team member, Crisis Intervention Team member, Accident Reconstruction Team member
or bomb technician by the Chief of Police and with the approval of the City Manager, shall after the first thirty (30) days of such
assignment, receive additional compensation of forty dollars ($40) per bi-weekly pay period effective December 29, 1992. Special
duty pay shall be discontinued upon reassignment of a police officer to duties other than those described above.
