WHEREAS.,. -on December 28, .1980, the City of Paducah -approved a contract
with Peter Pirsch & Sons,. Company, -for sale to the City of a fire truck for the sum of
$113,913.00, and
WHEREAS, the specifications for said fire truck called for a Ford chassis, and
WHEREAS, Peter Pirsch & Sons have received the chassis from Ford Motor
Company and is presently equipping said chassis for delivery of the fire truck to the
City of Paducah.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY . THE CITY OF PADUCAH.. KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager pay to Peter Pirsch & Sons, the sum of
$40,780.00 at this time, as payment for -the Ford Chassis:
SECTION 2. That the City shall pay to Peter Pirsch & Sons the balance due,
$73,133.00, upon delivery of the fire Truck to the City of Paducah.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect on and after the
date of its adoption.
