MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 72
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ALLOCATING THE SUM OF $3,450.00 TO THE
PURCHASE OF A D34 COMPUTER
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah by Ordinance No. 81-7-2123 has
ordered one D34 Computer from IBM Corporation for the sum of $46,950.00, and
WHEREAS., the City of Paducah .has applied for a grant from the
Purchase Area Development District in the -"sum of $43,500.00 to apply towards
the purchase price of said computer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby agrees to commit from
its general fund, the minimum sum of $3,450.00 to apply to the purchase of
one D34 Computer System Unit if the City receives a grant from the Purchase
Area Development District, inthe amount of $43,500-00.
SECTION 2. These funds have previously been appropriated, for
this use by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, and will, be
charged to General Fund Account No. 002-065.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
