MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 63
WHEREAS, the Golf Commission is currently a "reimbursing
employer", and a member of the Kentucky Municipal League Unemployment
Compensation Insurance Trust, which ` Trust has been reconstituted as the
Kentucky Municipal League Unemployment Compensation Reimbursement Trust,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to execute a new Agreement
with the Kentucky Municipal League Unemployment Compensation Reimbursement
Trust;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH ,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed on behalf of the Golf Commission, to execute an Agreement with the
Kentucky Municipal"League Unemployment Compensation Reimbursement Trust,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for continued participation
as a "reimbursing employer" in the provision of Unemployment Compensation
Benefits to eligible Golf Commission employees.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
