A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF THE PENSION
FUND FOR NETTIE WALLS
SECTION 1. Be it ordered by the City of Paducah, that the claim
of Nettie Walls for recognition of service with the City of Paducah prior to
September, 1972, within the County Employees Pension Fund of the Common-
wealth of Kentucky be sustained.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager and the City Treasurer are
hereby ordered to forward the necessary papers to the pension fund and to
pay the required contributions to the pension fund to reflect Mrs. Walls
past service credits.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
