That the plan review fee, building permit fee and electrical permit fees- are hereby waived for the proposed construction of a build- ing on South 5th Street in the City of" "Paducah, by River City Missions, Inc. SECTION 2. The Chief Inspector is hereby ordered to issue all neces- sary permits to River City Missions Inc: , in conjinction with the present con- _,-.., struction without collecting any fee therefor.
