WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
does therefore agree with the request of the Urban Renewal and Community
Development Agency of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, that it will be necessary
to institute condemnation proceedings pursuant to the Kentucky Revised Statutes
to acquire title to this property.

SECTION 1. That the Assistant Corporation. Counsel be, and he is
hereby, ordered and directed to institute condemnation proceedings in the McCracken

interest to acquire all of the right, title and interest in the subject property
owned by the aforementioned.

SECTION 2. The parcel to be taken is more particularly described as
A strip of land 40 feet wide by 1,223.49 feet long along the
rear of property known as 3141 Hinkleville Road.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
