MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 41
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE COMPLIANCE WITH
KRS 81.045
WHEREAS, KRS 81.045 requires every City within the Common-
wealth of Kentucky to file with the Secretary of State a document listing
the name of the City, the year of its incorporation, the present classification
and the present boundaries of the City, and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah to comply with KRS 81.045.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
SECTION 1. That the information to be forwarded to the Secretary
of State of Kentucky is:
(a) Name of City Paducah, Kentucky
(b) Year of incorporation 1830
(c) Present classification of the City of Paducah second class
(d) Pre -sent boundaries - see certified map of city engineer attached
hereto.
SECTION 2. - The City Manager is -hereby instructed to forward a
copy- of _this,. Municipal Order to -the. Secretary -9f_$tate of the- Commonwealth.
of Kentucky, so that it is received in his office, prior to July -15,,-1981.
.SECTION 3. This -;Order , shall be in- full -force and effect -from and
after the date of its adoption.
