MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 36
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ADVERTISE FOR PROPOSALS FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF LU-
BRICATING EQUIPMENT AT THE CITY OF PADUCAH VEHICLE REPAIR GARAGE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to advertise for proposals for supply and installation of lubricating equipment
at the City of Paducah Vehicle Repair Garage. For additional information con-
tact Tom Keeling, Director of Vehicle Maintenance, at the City of Paducah
Vehicle Repair Garage,

North 10th Street,
Paducah,
Kentucky.
SECTION 2.
The
City Manager shall
advertise
for sealed proposals
by a notice posted on the bulletin board at City Hall and by publication
pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. No proposal shall be opened within ten days
from the date on which this Order is adopted, and no proposal shall be received
after the hour fixed for opening of same. All proposals received by the
City Manager shall be filed with the Board of Commissioners, and no pro-
posal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the
opening of same. The City shall have the right to refuse or reject any and
all proposals.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
