I move that a Municipal Order approving the request of Comcast
a
Cable of Paducah, Inc . , to reduce the amount of their Performance Bond from
$90,000 to $50,000, as set forth in Section 72-29(b) of the Code of Ordinances,
and as requested by the Paducah Cable Communications Authority. I further
move that said Bond, issued by The Buckeye Union Insurance Company, be
received, approved and filed.
