A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN APPLI-
CATION FOR AMBULANCE, SERVICE FUNDING WITH THE DEPARTMENT FOR HUMAN
RESOURCES
WHEREAS, the City presently owns an ambulance which is used by
Angels of Mercy, Inc., and
WHEREAS, said ambulance is now more than five years old, and
WHEREAS, in order to meet the requirements of the City of Paducah
Code of Ordinances, said ambulance must now be upgraded or a new ambulance
purchased.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign. an
application for ambulance service funding with the Department for Human Re-
sources, pursuant to KRS 211.590 to 211.958.
SECTION "2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
