A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER
INTO AN INDENTURE OF -EASEMENTS WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TO
ASSUME BY THE CITY THE OPEATION AND ' MAINTENANCE OF SEWER LINES AND A
PUMPING OR LIFT STATION LOCATED ON, OVER, UNDER AND ACROSS THE LANDS OF
THE WEST KENTUCKY VOCATIONAL -'TECHNICAL SCHOOL
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH KENTUCKY:
WHEREAS, the Commonwealth of Kentucky acquired'by deed from
Paducah Junior College, dated July 18, 1977, recorded in Deed Book 596, Page 3731
McCracken County Clerk's office, a permanent 'easement and right-of-way to con-
struct a sewer line to ` the new Vocational -Technical School, and
WHEREAS, the Commonwealth of Kentucky acquired by deed from
Paducah Junior College by deed dated March 25, 1976, recorded in Deed Book
580, Page 570, in the McCrackenCounty Clerk's office, a permanent easement
and right-of-way of a strip of 'land' 20 feet in width on the easterly side'of
the West Kentucky State 'Vocational -Technical School, to construct additional
sewer lines.
N'OW, THEREFORE`, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED- BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY: "
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized to enter 'into an Indenture of Easements, as attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if set out in full herein, with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, to
assume for the City of Paducah the operation and maintenance of sewer lines,
pumping or lift stations _Located .on, over, under and across the lands of the West
Kentucky Vocational -Technical School.
SECTION 2. This Order shall 'be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
