MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 19
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH MINORITY BUSINESS
ENTERPRISE PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City adopt the City of Paducah Minority Business
Enterprise Program, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and all
City transactions involving Urban Mass Transportation Section 18 Grants.
SECTION 2. All Agencies, Departments, Assignees, and Grantees of the
City of Paducah receiving funds secured by the City of Paducah under Section 18
of the Urban Mass Transportation Grant shall adopt and comply with the City of
Paducah Minority Business Enterprise Program as a condition precedent to
receiving funds from the City of Paducah.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
