MUNICIPAL
ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
INTO A
PERMANENT
EASEMENT
WITH MORRIS McBRIDE FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND MAINTENANCE
OF A STORM DRAINAGE DITCH IN THE LITTLEVILLE AREA
WHEREAS,
due.
to flooding
conditions, in the Littleville Area it is necessary
that a drainage ditch
be
constructed,
and
WHEREAS, in order to construct said drainage ditch ,it will be necessary
for the City to enter onto property owned by Morris McBride in the vicinity of
Ficklin Avenue and Shelby Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION "1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into an Agreement, as attached I hereto and made a part hereof as if set out in full
herein, with Morris McBride, for permission to enter onto property owned by Morris
McBride to construct and maintain a drainage ditch in the Littleville Area.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
