A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $7,500 FROM THE COMMISSION
ICONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE BUSINESS LICENSE STUDY PROJECT
ACCOUNT FOR PREPARATION OF A REPORT FOR POSSIBLE TAX RATES FOR
BUSINESS LICENSE TAX ASSUMING A CHANGE TO NET INCOME BASIS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $7,500 from Commission Contingency account to the Business License Study
project account for preparation of a report for possible tax rates for business license tax
assuming a change to net income basis.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
