MUN-ICIPAL ORDER,
BE IT ORDERED BY` THE CITY OF � PADUCAH KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Engineer is' hereby ordered to approve Paducah
Highland Terrace, Ltd `to tap on to the'Cty of Paducah's sanitary sewer system in
conjunction with .the State of Kentucky's' sanitary sewer system serVici°ng the new
vocational -technical school adjacent to old North Friendship Road upon satisfactory
compliance�`'with'� the following terms and 'conditions: "
SECTION 2. The City of Paducah will not maintain that portion of the '
sanitary sewer system located on the property of the apartmentcomplex of
Paducah Highland Terrace, Ltd.
SECTION 3-. .'Paducah Highland Terrace; Ltd-. shall apply to the -Board
of Commissioners pursuant to KRS Chapter 81 (a) to have the apartment project
annexed into the City -of Paduca-h' ''This application is to be made prior #o
occupancy of the apartment complex:
SECTION' 4 This order shall 'be effective immediately upon adoption
by the Board of Commissioners according to law.
