MUNICIPAL ORDER NO 87
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING A BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE
OPERATION OF A MUNICIPAL COLLEGE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. Pursuant to KRS 165.160 to KRS 165.200, it is hereby
ordered that Coy Stacey be appointed a member of the Board of Trustees of Paducah
Junior College, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Joseph H. Frampton,
so that said Board of Trustees shall be composed of the following City members:
Marshall E. Nemer Howard Z. Gray
William A. Fieler Jack Rottgering
Dr. Walter R. Johnson Mrs. Robert Hassman
J. William Howerton Coy Stacey
Clay D. Zerby H. C. Mathis
J. Albert Jones Dr. Wally 0. Montgomery
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
