MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 93
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR STATE ASSISTANCE,
UNDER THE KENTUCKY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM, TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, OFFICE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT,
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application for state assistance under the
Kentucky Community Development Block Grant Program, dated March 31, 1982,. to
the Department of Economic Development, Office of Community Development,
Commonwealth of Kentucky, requesting $100,000 and $300,000 respectively in
State funds for economic development purposes is hereby :approved..
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized
to execute the aforesaid applications -and -to file same with the Department
of Economic Development, Office of Community Development, of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky.
SECTION 3, This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
