MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 96
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO WAIVE THE PERMIT FEE FOR
RENOVATION OF THE RED -CROSS BUILDING LOCATED AT -8TH AND MONROE STREETS; COST OF
RENOVATION NOT TO EXCEED $5,000.00
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he i.s hereby, authorized to waive the
permit fee for renovation of. the Red Cross Building located at 8th and Monroe
Streets; cost of renovation not to exceed Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
