A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR STATE ASSISTANCE
UNDER THE KENTUCKY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM, TO THE DEPART-
MENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, OFFICE OF_COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, COMMONWEALTH
OF KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application for state assistance under the
Kentucky Community Development Block Grant Program, dated April 30, 1982, to
the Department of Economic Development, Office of Community Development,
Commonwealth of Kentucky, requesting $500,000 in State funds for neighborhood
redevelopment purposes is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized
to execute the aforesaid application and to file same with the Department of
Economic Development, Office of Community Development of the Commonwealth of
Kentucky. Said application is attached hereto and made a part hereof, as if
set forth in full herein.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
