A MUNICIPAL ORDER OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, DESIGNATING PEOPLES FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY
AS DEPOSITARY FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT OF GRANT FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE FORM
HUD -274, DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITARY FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT OF LOAN AND/OR GRANT
FUNDS
BE"IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD 'OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY':
SECTION 1. That the Peoples First National Bank and Trust Company
is hereby designated as the depositary for the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
Community Development Block Grants, and there is hereby established the City
of Paducah Community Development'Block Grants Accounts.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Form
HUD -274, Designation of Depositary for Direct Deposit of Loan and/or Grant
Funds.
SECTION 3. That .any two of the following are hereby authorized and
approved as joint signatories for the aforesaid account: The Community
Development Accountant, the Community Development Director, the City Treas-
urer, and/or the City Manager.
SECTION 4. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its adoption.
