A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN MEMORANDUM
OF UNDERSTANDING WITH EMPLOYEES OF THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has discussed terms of employment,
wages and working conditions with the Paducah Police Department Employees
Committee, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that a Memorandum of
Understanding between the City of Paducah and the Paducah Police Department
Employees Committee be approved by the Board of Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Memorandum of Understanding between the City
of Paducah and the Paducah Police Department Employees Committee, attached
hereto, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized, on behalf of the
City of Paducah, to execute said Memorandum of Understanding between the City
-and the Paducah'Police Department Employees Committee.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
