MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 104
A MUNICIPAL ORDER DESIGNATING AN ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR THE PURCHASE
OF CONRAD HEIGHTS TREATMENT PLANT, INC.
_WHEREAS, On June 8, 1982, the Board of Commissioners approved the
purchase by the City of Paducah, Kentucky, of all personal property and
real estate of Conrad Heights Treatment Plant, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, no account number for -said purchase was included in the
ordinance approving said purchase;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .ORDERED BY THE CITY OF.PADUCAH,.KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the purchase of real estate and personal pro-
perty of Conrad Heights Treatment Plant be charged to the Sewer Extension
and Depreciation Account.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in fullforce and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
