Commissioner Ford offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Coleman, that exonerations prepared and delivered by the_City Treasurer
(covering period July 1, 1981 - June 30, 1982) numbered 24445 - 24590 (City)
and 820 - 1097 (County) be received and filed and that the amounts of same
totaling $65,567.38 be exonerated on tax bills shown and,designated by said
exonerations.
'I further move that all tax bills for 1974, being uncollectible
through the Statute of limitations as set forth in KRS Chapter 134, the
amounts of same totaling $27,355.04, be exonerated and removed from the -tax
rolls.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Ford and
Mayor Protem Viterisi (4).
