MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 140
A MUNICIPAL ORDER RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE KENTUCKY LAW
ENFORCEMENT FOUNDATION PROGRAM FUND
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, will make application for participation in the Kentucky Law
Enforcement Foundation Program Fund, (training incentive program and/or
education incentive program).
SECTION 2. If accepted for participation in the fund, the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, shall comply with KRS 15.410 to 15.510 and all regu-
lations of the Department of Justice relating thereto.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the,date of its adoption.
