MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 136
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A JOINT
APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF CONRAD HEIGHTS SEWER TREATMENT
PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has entered into a contract to
purchase Conrad Heights Treatment Plant, and
WHEREAS, Conrad Heights Treatment Plant has been subject to
regulations of the Public Service Commission of the State of Kentucky.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into a Joint
Application with the Kentucky Public Service Commission for Approval of
Transfer of the Conrad Heights Sewer Treatment Plant to the City of
Paducah; said application is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
