A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO ADOPT A CITIZEN
PARTICIPATION PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Community Development Citizen Participation Plan
received and filed by the Board of Commissioners on March 8, 1983, is incorporated
herein in its entirety and made a part hereof as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The City of Paducah hereby adopts the Community Development
Citizens Participation Plan as the official plan of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
