MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 155
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
NATURAL RESOURCES RESPECTING THE OPERATION AND CLOSING OF THE LANDFILL
BE -IT ORDERED BY. THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:.
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into an Agreed Order
with Natural Resources respecting the operation and closing of the .Landfill; said
Agreed Order is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set out in full herein.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
