MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 152
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE UNDER
THE -EDA -JOBS BILL THROUGH THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION, U. S. DEPARTMENT
OF COMMERCE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE -SAID DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application for Federal assistance under the EDA -Jobs
Bill, dated June 27, 1983, to the Economic Development Administration, U. S. Depart-
ment of Commerce, requesting $187,500 in Federal funds for the extension of sanitary
sewer service to the Phillips Park area of the City of Paducah is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to
execute the aforesaid application and to file same with the Economic Development
Administration of the U. S. Department of Commerce. Said application is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, as if set forth in full herein.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
